Most of our domestic packages are shipped within 3 to 7 business days based on availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shiping & handling charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days, though you will be responsible for all shipping & handling charges. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at fun@modestonuts.com. Laundered (washed) garments, previously worn garments, damaged products, and opened media products cannot be returned or exchanged. To return or exchange an item, write your order number on the outside of the box and send to : P.O. Box 883 Modesto, CA 95353 or ship to 601 Neece Dr. Modesto, CA 95351. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange, so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us, as returns or exchanges that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
